The Conference fee for ECRF members is EUR 200.00 per delegate, while NON-ECRF institutions should pay a fee of EUR 500.00 per delegate.
This provides access to the entire conference, conference materials, welcome reception/dinner (June 18, 2008), afternoon meals and refreshments (June 19-20, 2008), dinner (June 19, 2008), and city tour.
A certain number of rooms have been already pre-booked at special rates (during the period June 18-21, 2008), at Hyatt Regency Beograd Hotel and Continental Hotel. The cut-off date for hotel reservations is March 31, 2008, and all reservations received after said date will be accepted subject to availability at the best rate available at that time!
Travel and hotel accommodation costs, for ECRF and NON-ECRF participants, are to be borne by the participants.
Please, be informed that participants should make their own reservations referring to the 11th Annual ECRF Conference.

Above mentioned rates are per person, per night and include breakfast, but do not include tourist tax (EUR 1.4 p.p.) and VAT (8%). Supplement for second person staying in the room is EUR 20.00.
Continental breakfast in Regency Club Lounge is included in the rate only for Regency Club Rooms, Junior and Executive Suite occupiers.
We strongly recommend that you arrange a pick up drop-off with Hyatt Regency Beograd Hotel prior to your arrival (EUR 18.00 per person /per one direction). if you will need such a service you should advise them about your flight details (airline company, flight number, exact time of arrival).
