Dear Colleagues,
As President of the Steering Committee of the European Commerce Register’s Forum (ECRF), I have the pleasure to invite you to participate in the subject Conference that will be held on the 14th and 15th of June 2010 (Conference Venue: Kempinski Hotel, Budapest). Whether or not you decide to become a member, your participation in our 13th Annual Conference would be very beneficial for you. It will also be beneficial to the rest of the attendees to have your input and experiences shared at the conference.
On-line Conference registration form is available on the ECRF registration website.
The Conference fee for ECRF members is 200 EURO per delegate, while NON-ECRF institutions should pay a fee of 500 EURO per delegate.
A certain number of rooms have been already pre-booked at special rates (during the period June 13-14-15 2010), at Kempinski Hotel. The cut-off date for hotel reservations is March 31, 2010, and all reservations received after said date will be accepted subject to availability at the best rate available at that time! Travel and hotel accommodation costs, for ECRF and NON-ECRF participants, are to be borne by the participants.

Standard & superior Room for Double Occupancy at EUR 185,-/ room/ night
Please note the above listed rates are per room/night, including the current 18 % V.A.T. and 3% city tax. Our Buffet-Breakfast is included in the rates listed above. Please note these rates are valid for pre- and post- group stays based upon room availability.
