Beneficial Owner Working Groups
The Beneficial Ownership Group offers EBRA members the opportunity to discuss shared issues related to the beneficial ownership registers.
The EBRA Beneficial Ownership Working group was established to provide a forum for the EBRA members to exchange knowledge, experience and to discuss the common challenges faced with establishing and providing access to the beneficial ownership registers.
In order to capture and exchange valuable information, the working group has undertaken a consultation process with the participating members to better understand the underlying policy and technical issues faced within each jurisdiction. The consultation process was facilitated through a participant questionnaire.
The purpose of this document is to present the analysis and results from the working group questionnaire.
